Recipe for a Champagne sauce below. I wish South Africans could expand their palates a bit more, try this recipe out and watch your tongue do the dance!
Ingredients
• 2 Tbsp
butter
• champagne, dry
.heavy cream
• •salt and pepper
1. In a sauce pan over medium heat melt butter
2. Add Champagne and simmer - reduce to half
3. Add heavy cream and simmer - reduce to half...add salt and pepper to taste
4. Drizzle over fish or steamed vegetables
