Lindokuhle Mnqobi Msimango who is popularly known as mnqobi Yazo is
a man of many talents, being a Musician, Actor and Voice Over Artist. After the release of his highly
successful debut album, Impi, Mnqobi Yazo has released the first music video to his song song eMgodini.
Mnqobi Yazo’s Impi album was released on Friday the 31st of October at the height of the COVID-19
pandemic and has to date amassed over 2 million streams. The song eMgodini is the second single off the
Impi album – this song is a bold statement by Mnqobi Yazo stating that “you shouldn’t start something
cannot finish, and finish everything you start”. This is motivated him to do the Bungee Jump in celebration
of this song’s music video.
The song eMgodini has been very successful, being added onto multiple playlists on Apple Music and Spotify
streaming services, the song has also been playlisted on radio stations across the country and has been climbing up
the radio charts ever since. His Impi album has been very successful and he continues to push his music in innovative
and ground breaking ways.
The music video was shot and directed by Lindokuhle Sgubudu of Kwezi Media Productions and was co-produced by
Mnqobi Yazo himself.
