JOZI - Butcher Boys and Boschendal Debut ‘Bella Nights’ at Kyalami Hills with an ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’ Dining Experience on 13 June

 The inaugural event in the ‘Bella Nights’ series, Under the Tuscan Sun, is a proud collaboration between

Butcher Boys Kyalami Hills and Boschendal, presenting an immersive, Italian-inspired evening where

wine, food, and sensory storytelling come together beautifully.

Set to unfold from June through December, the ‘Bella Nights’ series has been conceptualised as a

limited collection of intimate dining events, each anchored in Italian-inspired themes while celebrating

Butcher Boys’ 25-year culinary legacy alongside Boschendal’s world of craft, ritual, and premium

hospitality.

Hosted at Butcher Boys Kyalami Hills, the inaugural evening draws inspiration from the romance and

abundance of a Tuscan table, reimagined through both partners’ shared commitment to excellence and

experience-led dining. The perfect excuse to gather your favourite ladies, don your finest, and prepare

for your tastebuds to be transported to Italy through a captivating evening of fine wine and indulgent

dining.

Guests are welcomed with Boschendal Brut alongside antipasti boards before progressing into a guided

Riedel wine tasting experience. The menu unfolds as a decadent five-course journey, with Butcher Boys’

legendary steak taking centre stage, paired with fine wines from Boschendal. Throughout the evening,

layered touches and sensory cues extend the enjoyment beyond the glass, while a Tuscan-inspired

backdrop creates a warm, intimate atmosphere centred on connection and conversation.

As a final touch, guests depart with champagne 

truffles as a take home gift, ending the evening on a sweet note.
